How do you communicate a message about cell phones and privacy without scaring people? That was the challenge with this special edition public service poster. Since location privacy is such an inherently creepy subject, it was necessary to use a subject that was approachable, and even cute. The concept is something everyone can understand at a glance: this poor chameleon is trying to camouflage, but his location settings are on, calling him out obviously and brightly. (Fun fact: the coordinates above his head indicate he’s in Madagascar!)
